DeKalb police and fire officials clean up the scene of a motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon near the intersection of East Lincoln Highway and Industrial Drive. The driver of the motorcycle, Kevin Knight, 29, of Aurora, was traveling westbound on Lincoln Highway when he lost control of his bike, striking the curb at Lincoln Highway and Cotton Avenue. Knight and his bike flew about 300 feet across the intersection. He was not wearing a helmet. As of Sunday, Knight was in stable condition at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford.
